Our team in the Philippines hosted 12 engineers and technical staff from the Bhutanese government. Representatives from the Bhutanese Ministries of Works and Human Settlements, Education, Health, Culture and Disaster Management attended. They were interested in learning about confined masonry, to see whether the technology can be transferred to Bhutan.
